Tithelea True Grit (Rowdy) has won his Novice Obedience class at his first ever show! Go Rowdy!!
Megan at only 19months of age has gained her KC Good Citizen Gold Award. She has also just started competing in agility and has already gained clear rounds at only her 2nd show! Merlin has gained another win in Novice Obedience and has is now Tithelea Lord of The Rings Nov. Ex. Last week he received a Silver Cup for being the West of England Border Collie of the Year (2011) in Heelwork to Music!!! At the UKA Easter show he came 1st in beginners jumping, 1st in Novice Steeplechase 1, and 2nd in Novice Steeplechase 2 so he has now gone up a grade to Senior in Steeplechase, all in less than a year of competitions! Tithelea Harry Potter (Morse) has been to his first Working Trials Competition and he came first!! The judge thought he was great and enjoyed his round no end. Report from his owner Ruth is that he had fab heelwork, perfect send away, magic clear and long jumps, and the fastest 3 articles out of the search square of the day!! We wont mention a quick roll during the down stays - well there was sheep poo everywhere and you get bored lying still for 10 minutes! Flyte and Zeva started their agility training after Christmas and Summer, Snoopy and Tullulah got re-accuainted with the sport after 18 months off. I decided to be brave and take the hounds to their first club competition on the year to see how they were progressing and what we needed to work on. Very informative and high lighted a few areas for each but .... We also came home with an array of rosettes!! Flyte came home with a 1st in Agility, 1st in Steeplechase Zeva a 2nd in Steeplechase Tullulah a 1st in Agility, 3rd in Steeplechase Summer a 5th in Agility and 2nd in Steeplechase Snoopy a 1st in Steeplechase Jazz has just received some incredible news ... he has been awarded the Paws n Music Starter Dog of the Year Award and this may well be presented at Crufts too!! Well done Jazz!! India Two Lucky (Indie) wins out of Grade 5 and into KC Grade 6 Agility. This has been an amazing year for Indie - she has won out of grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5 in agility. Qualified for Crufts in the flyball event. Was in the British Championship winners flyball team and was in the flyball team to brake and hold the British record not once but twice!! |
