ABOUT AUTUMN
Autumn is from our Chocolate Box litter (Summer x Summit) and is one of two Sisters we kept, the other being Spring.
Autumn is unexpectedly small from two bigger parents and measures at just 44cm at the withers and weighs in at a mere 10.8kg.
However her size and incredibly fast feet means she earnt her title of pocket rocket! 

Autumn is a true working dog and is at her happiest when performing some form of task. That said she does have an off switch and  also loves her home comforts so when she isn't working she can be found curled up like a cat on as many pillows as she can get.
Autumn has many traits from her incredible Mum Summer including some of her weird ones like playing with flies. She is one of our more aloof dogs and although shes happy to have cuddles she doesnt crave them but is never actually far away from her humans. 

 Autumn is incredibly smart and inquisitive. She is an all or nothing dog and gives 110% to anything you ask of her. Because she thrives from 'doing' she is also very easy to teach new tasks too and is keen to work and learn.
She took to being a Mum with ease and continues to show her softer side with her babies that have stayed. She washes them daily, uses her big lad Optic as a pillow and has taught Ultra how to play just the way she wants so they can have crazy games together.

SPORTS
Flyball - Autumn measures as a 10" height dog on both the withers and Ulna measuring systems.
She has a current PB of 3.54 seconds which puts her as the fastest Border Collie bitch in the World with the male at 3.53.
Despite Autumn's incredible list of achievements she has not had it easy in the flyball lanes and from a combination of Covid, puppies, surgery and injuries she has never actually completed a full racing season, something we hope will change in 2025!

At 6 years old Autumn is already a 7x UKFL Champion and Crufts Champion.
She regularly helps her team to Division 1 victory's acting as the height dog.
Since hitting the lanes post Covid she has returned each year as a Champion. Retaining titles and indeed holding both indoor and outdoor and Multibreed at the same time is something which had never been done before!
Autumn debuted at the end of 2019, in fact her first competition was the BFA Championships where she helped her team to becomes divisional winners. She was able to compete at Crufts 2020 where she helped the team to 5th place and then lockdown hit.
Despite a turbulent return with injuries in 2022 she attended the UKFL Championships where she came home as the Outdoor Champion and Outdoor Multibreed Champion. She also qualified for Crufts in 2023 but wasn't able to attend due to having pups.
Later in 2023 she successfully defended the UKFL Outdoor Champion Title and UKFL Outdoor Multibreed Champion Title and went on to win the Indoor Champion Title as well. This is the first time in history the triple has been done by one club let alone one dog!! 
After qualifying again for Crufts 2024 she was able to follow in her Mummy Summer's footsteps to become a Crufts Flyball Champion. Later in 2024, she returned to the UKFL Champs where she once again helped her team to retain both the Outdoor and Indoor Championship titles running as the height dog.
She has gained the BFA Advanced Award (5000 points) and the UKFL Pilot Officer Award (10,000) points.

Tricks - Like all our dogs Autumn has worked through the trick programme where she has gained multiple titles which included the title of Trick Dog Champion! Autumn was also awarded the Trick Dog Register of Merit for producing outstanding offspring in the sport of tricks.

Sheepwork - Autumn has turned out to be a natural little sheepdog and spent time working with England competitor Paul Johnson to hone her skills. We don't have any ambitions to trial her but it is great to keep up her natural skills.

Barn Hunt - Autumn does like to hunt when she is out on the fields and so we gave her a try at Barn hunt. Unfortunately in the UK live rats arent used which means it becomes much more of a scent test than a hunting test. Now live rats we know we would be in business but scent is not something we have focused on before. However after attending a workshop she seemed a natural and of course that meant we had a go at the trial the next day. On her first ever trial she gained the Instinct award, RATI! We will be hoping to get her Novice title in 2025.

LITTERS 
Autumn x Kenickie - "Pokemon Litter"
During lockdown we took the opportunity of no racing to have a litter from Autumn and boy what a litter!
These guys are 3/4 collie & 1/4 whippet pups. There were just four puppies (2 in the UK and 2 in Belgium) and all are posting 3.4/3.5s, are exceptionally consistent and between the two UK dogs hold 14 Champion titles between them at the age of 4!!

Autumn x Storm - "Supernatural Litter"
Autumn has now had her second litter where she gave us six amazing pups. The make up of the pups is around 55% collie, 31% Greyhound, 7% Whippet and 7% Terrier and would be classed as 'Multi Mixes'. 
Not even two years old and the 4 pups who are already out racing are posting incredible times with the slowest at 3.47! Three in the UK already hold 6 Champion titles between them. This litter also gave us our first American export who is already a CANAM Champion! They are also showing some class when it comes to lurcher racing with wins at their first shows.

I think its safe to say that Autumn has made some truly incredible puppies and has also shown herself to be a brilliant Mum.
​The intention is for Autumn to have one last litter which will be a full collie litter (reds) with the aim to continue her exceptional lines.
